The brief
Sherwoods Resources FZCO is an established Dubai-based firm operating across two business lines: global copper trading and supply chain consulting. With a long-standing brand presence, their focus spans copper cathodes, concentrates, and scrap — bridging producers, industrial buyers, and investors across international markets.
The brief was a full digital overhaul. The brand had history and credibility, but the digital presence hadn't kept pace. The goal was to bring the website, content, and underlying systems up to a standard that genuinely reflected the firm's standing — and gave trading partners and institutional buyers the confidence to engage.
As technology partner, I led the revamp end to end: rearchitecting the website, rebuilding the content, strengthening the SEO foundation, and wiring in the operational systems needed to support ongoing business development.
