The brief

MediaX Network is a SaaS marketplace for out-of-home (OOH) advertising — the billboards, LED screens, and transit placements that brand teams buy to reach audiences in the physical world. As co-founder, I lead the digital side of the business.

The core problem we're solving: OOH advertising in the Gulf is fragmented, opaque, and slow. Buyers have no central place to discover, compare, or book inventory. Suppliers have no standardised way to list and manage their assets. MXN changes that.

My work spans the full public digital stack — the brand presence that builds trust with buyers and suppliers, the content system that explains a complex marketplace in simple terms, the paid campaigns driving early platform adoption, and the automation keeping users engaged post-signup.

What was built

Website Design

Full design and development of the public-facing brand site — positioning MXN as the go-to platform for OOH advertising discovery in the GCC, targeting both media buyers and inventory suppliers.

Platform messaging, landing page copy, and a structured content framework covering how MXN is explained to buyers, suppliers, and potential partners — in plain language, not ad-tech jargon.

Paid Media

Performance campaigns to drive early platform sign-ups and supplier onboarding — targeting marketing managers, media planners, and brand teams in the UAE across search and social.

Email Automation

Onboarding email sequences and lead nurture flows for both sides of the marketplace — keeping new users activated and bringing dormant leads back into the platform.
